Indoor 25-metre facility with lanes reserved for our group. Heated water all year round, ideal for comfortable training without interruptions.

Training FAQ

Do I need Level 1 to train?
Yes. To join the training you need to have completed the Level 1 Freediving Course with Subzone. This ensures you have the safety and technique basics needed to train in a group.
Do I need my own gear?
Not essential. You can use the school's fins and gear while deciding what to buy. We'll advise you with no pressure.
How do the passes work?
We offer 8-session passes. Buy the pass and book the sessions that suit you through our platform. No lock-in or strict expiry.
Can I try a single session?
If you have Level 1, you can come to a trial session to see if group training is for you. Contact us to coordinate.
